Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Delivery Terms

For the utmost freshness and quality, all Attilus caviar and sturgeon products are normally dispatched on a Next Day delivery service with gel ice packs and thermo-insulated packaging keeping items chilled during transportation.

Caviar Delivery Destinations

We deliver principally to the UK and mainland Europe. 

For deliveries of our products to UK addresses, we have 3 delivery options:

Currently, we do not deliver on Mondays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, except for Express London Delivery options.

We want to do everything we can to please our customers so if you would like to discuss bespoke delivery options, don’t hesitate to contact us.

All varieties of caviar weighing up to 250 g are supplied in tins. Products of greater weight are delivered in standard plastic packages.

Delivery Terms

Dispatch usually takes place either the day you place your order (depending on the time of day your order is placed (i.e. before 12pm) or the day before your nominated delivery date. This process is entirely dependent on your nominated delivery date. While we usually dispatch your goods to your exact requirements, there may be occasions that we have to place your order in a queue, where it may take us up to 2 additional days to process your order. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible by telephone or email to discuss a revised delivery date with you to minimize any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are not home to receive your order, please leave a signed note to tell the courier where he/she can place or deliver the order close to your house. You are responsible for the delivery after that.

If your order has not arrived within its allotted timeframe, please check with the delivery company using your tracking number, or contact us as soon as possible.

 

Customer Satisfaction and Refunds

Naturally we want you to be delighted with your purchases from Attilus, so we recommend putting products in the fridge straight away to keep them in perfect condition.

Unopened, our caviar normally has shelf life of around 2-8 weeks on average. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 1-2 days. For best before dates on sturgeon products, please see individual packaging. 

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality products and a refined approach towards every order. Nevertheless, the sales are final - due to the perishable nature of our products. Because of that, we practice a no-return, no-refund policy. But please, rest assured that all complaints are dealt with on an individual basis.

In case the product was visibly damaged in transit, please send us an image-backed report containing the product and label on the back, no later than 24 hours after delivery, otherwise your order will be deemed accepted.

Payment & security

Our credit/debit card system is provided by Shopify Payments, one of the world's largest providers of such services, which is fully PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure at checkout.

We accept the following cards: Visa (Credit/Debit), Visa Electron, Mastercard (Credit/Debit), JCB and Maestro. You can also use Paypal.

Our Promise

The images of Caviar on our web site are intended for illustrative purposes only. Because Caviar is a natural product, variations in colour and roe size are to be expected.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, all sales are final and no-return, no-refund policy is applied. Nevertheless, if you're not happy with your caviar, and as long you let us know what the problem is, we will consider all complaints individually in a favourable manner.
