Sushi Roll with Crab Meat With Yellowtail and Caviar

INGREDIENTS

1 serving
Crab meat (real or imitation)
Cucumber, thinly sliced into strips
Yellowtail fillet, sliced thin
Prepared sushi rice
Nori (seaweed sheet)
Amur Fusion Caviar for garnish
Wasabi and pickled ginger for serving
Soy sauce for serving

METHOD

1. Prepare the rice. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Add a little rice vinegar for flavor.

2. Assemble the rolls. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat and spread a thin layer of rice over the surface. Place the cucumber and crab meat in the center.

3. Roll the sushi. Carefully roll the sushi using the bamboo mat to form a tight cylinder.

4. Cut the roll. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.

5. Garnish. Top each piece with a slice of yellowtail and a small amount of caviar.

6. Serve. Serve with wasabi, pickled ginger, and soy sauce.
