Rice with Caviar and Red Flying Fish Caviar

INGREDIENTS

Cooked rice (white or jasmine)
Fresh herbs (such as chives or parsley)
Royal Oscietra Caviar
Red flying fish caviar
Lemon slices for garnish
Soy sauce mixed with a touch of mirin and sesame oil

METHOD

1. Prepare the cooked rice and mold it into a round shape using a ring mold or by hand on a serving plate.

2. Drizzle a small amount of the soy sauce mixture over the rice for added flavor.

3. Finely chop the fresh herbs and sprinkle them on top of the rice.

4. Gently spoon the caviar on top of the rice, ensuring it's evenly distributed.

5. Add a small spoonful of red flying fish roe on top as a decorative touch.

6. Garnish the dish with a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of additional herbs if desired.

7. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors.
