Pasta with Salmon, Sweet Shrimp and Black Caviar

INGREDIENTS

Cooked pasta (such as spaghetti or fettuccine)
Steamed salmon, cut into small pieces
Sweet Japanese shrimp (amaebi), ready to eat
Green onions, finely chopped
A spoonful of Royal Oscietra Caviar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

 

METHOD

1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and let it sit.

2. Transfer the pasta to a large plate and drizzle with olive oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.

3. Arrange the small pieces of steamed salmon around the pasta.

4. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Place the sweet Japanese shrimp on top of the pasta and salmon.

5. Finish the dish with a spoonful of caviar in the center.

6. Serve immediately, enjoying the freshness and flavor of each ingredient.
